Ok, in order to get a live video from your camera you need to have a program deals with this data, like mutlab, or C, that's mean you will enter
the image processing topics, after all that,I think you can arrange you project
as follow, in the first you the camera will receive the video data, when you
receive it, you have to process it first, like determine the resolution and dpi,
after that, you can store the video file in a memory like external SD RAM,
then you have to share the folder of the SD RAM with all users to allow them
watching the videos, but just one thing remain, is the setting of the internet
if you are using an embedded computer, so of course it contain USB ports,
use one of those ports to connect your embedded computer to internet by
using any small access point like ALFA
