copy the update on a USB drive or CD / DVD
If the above solutions do not solve the problem, copy the update the console to a USB key or CD / DVD from your computer, then install the update on the console. Here's how:
Copy the update on a USB stick
Note The USB key must use the FAT32 file system.
1.Connect your USB drive into the USB port of your computer.

3.Click on Save to save the file. Zip Update the console on the computer.
4.Décompressez file:
◦ If you use Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, double-click the file. Zip to decompress it.
◦ If you use an earlier version of Windows, you must use special software to unzip the file (for example, WinZip).
5.Copiez content. Zip file in the root directory of your USB drive.
6.Débranchez the USB of the computer.
7.Raccordez the USB drive to a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
8.Redémarrez the console.
9.Lorsque console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when prompted to update the console software.
Burn the update onto a CD or DVD
You can also download the update on your computer, burn to a CD or DVD, then install it on your console. Here's how:
1.On your computer,
download the update.
2.Click Save to save the file. Zip Update the console on the computer.

6.When files burned to the disc, remove the disc from the computer and insert it into the disk drive of your Xbox 360 console.
7.Redémarrez the console.
8.When console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when prompted to update the console software.
If you get an error code like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-C000-0001 (six groups of four digits), check error code after updating the software of the console.
