أول شي حاب أشكر الإدارة والأعضاء على هذا المنتدى الجميل إلي أنا شخصياً توي مكتشفو وانشالله ما تقصرون معانا .

يا جماعة الخير أنا مشروعي هو
Metal film thickness measurement system using magnetic fields

on-magnetic thin films (aluminium, copper, gold.....) is to use eddy current loss measurements. A small coil is energised by an alternating current. When the film is placed close to the coil, eddy currents are induced into the film and a small amount of power is dissipated in it. These losses cause the equivalent series loss resistance of the coil to increase. For thin films it can be shown that the loss resistance is proportional to the film thickness. The eddy currents can also decrease the amount of magnetic field reaching a second coil placed on the opposite side of the film (screening effect). The aim of the project is to design and manufacture an instrument that can either, detect the increase in the equivalent series resistance and display its value or
investigate the screening effect as an alternative method of determining the film thickness.

ما دمت تجيد التصميم إذن المسألة هى مذبذب تردد مناسب و دائرة تستشعر التيار فى الترانزيستور المذبذب
أما الثانية فهى مثل الأولى مع ملف إضافى تضعه على الجانب الآخر و معه ثنائى تردد عالى و مقياس

i came up with idea and i hope you guys can help me with it,,,

Basically have 2 coils 1 for screening effect and the other one to measure the thickness of the metal film,,#
the metal film will be placed between them and its important to check the distance between the coil and the film we dont want the magteics to get weaker..

and a small microcontroller connected to digital LED to show the value
i think i also need a sin wave generator for the frequency..
theres a power supply available dont need to build one
What do you guys think?!
