if 387 ma which printed on relay cover is max current can relay pass it by contacts before damage.
: so do steps

1- By AVO measure the resistance between coil pins (positive and negative of relay input )
2- now calculate ampere I = 6/ resistance
3- total ampere wanted for power = 50 * I

Checking Datasheets the max current is 0.17 m.a. unless it is a contactor NOT a Relay
Now why 6 volts, you may use 12 or 24 or even 110 or 220VAC, easier

for 20A 6V you need a transformer 220/6Volt 150Watts
a 35Amp Bridge
Try it, if the contactors buzzes, then you will need a 100 000 uF capacitor
I don't know about your circuit but you may consider connecting 2 in series for 12 volts *10 Amps or even 4 in series for 24 v * 5 Amps

That is for POWER only as you request, I assume you know the control
