ORACLE Education Consulting & Support Services Sales Representative



For: Fast growing Company in MEA, provides ORACLE ERP functional and technology wide range of services from training , to support, consulting, & recruitment.



Overview:

Services & Education Sales Representative (SESR) is responsible for driving support and education services revenue by actively applying sales methodologies throughout the sales cycle, acting as subject matter expert on training and support services sales.

As SESR the account cycle will be your responsibility from first contact to closure.

Reporting directly to operations manager, aiming to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.



Responsibilities:

· Help maintain ongoing relationships with customers and build new relationships as required, act as trusted advisors to customers on Support ,

Consulting & training Services.

· Drive sales to overachieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets

· Develop comprehensive training plans for customers.

. Develop tailored support package for customers.

· Respond to customer requests for proposal or information.

· Provide innovative services & training solutions to address customer requirements

· Act as primary customer contact .

· Support the post-sales delivery of private training events and other training projects

· Work with Vendor (ORACLE) in given opportunities to drive revenue and meet customer needs and requirements



Skills:

· Proven experience working in a key account management role

· Excellent "Business Sense" for evaluating sales opportunities in a corporate environment

· Solid communication and presentation skills

· Proven analytical and problem solving skills, paired with the experience to develop education solutions accordingly

· Brilliant sales skills applied throughout the complete sales cycle, particularly also in closing deals quickly

· Proven experience in positioning services like needs analysis and arguing business justification.

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to travel as required
· Marketing understanding to drive business
