ArtIcons Pro - Easy to use program for creating and editing icons in different formats. The utility allows professionals and amateurs to create and edit icons and working with icon libraries. The program for creating icons supports import and export many image formats, including ICO, PNG, BMP, JPEG, GIF, ANI, CUR, EXE, DLL, OCX and other formats. You can create or edit a new icon using the built-in application of tools for editing.
