وجدت بعض الزملاء طالب مساعده لتعديل وتركيب بور اوسيليتور لدائره بور التوشيبا المستخدم IC = STRZ-2154
ملف التقطيع من المفروض علي احد اطرافه
300 فولت والطرف الاخر متصل بعنصر التقطيع (ترانزيستور او سيريستور او اي سي)
وعند الاطلاع علي الدائره وجدت شئ اخر
مطلوب مناقشه كيف يتم التقطيع وكيف يتم تركيب لوحه البور الخارجي

التقطيع هنا يتم عن طريق المكثفات المنخفضة القيمه والعالية الفولت المتصله بالملف بينما ال300فولت تصل لطرف الموسفيت Dمباشره داخل ال STR

وانا عن نفسى افضل تركيب باور سامسونج المنياوى لمثل هذه الدوائر التى لايوجد بها تقطيع بملف واضح

يوجد لدى ملف يشرح هذه النظريه سابحث عنه وارفعه ان شاء الله

لقد عثرت عليه واعتقد انه مفيد فى هذا الموضوع

Blok sirkit STRZ kira-kira seperti ganbar dibawah ini

• Berbeda dengan sirkit SMPS yang biasa kita jumpai yang bekerja menggunakan sistim PWM (pulse width modulation), artinya untuk mengontrol agar tegangan keluaran stabil digunakan PWM
• SMPS yang pakai STRZ prinsip kerjanya menggunakan “sistim resonan”. Sirkit resonan terdiri dari kumparan primer (4)(5) yang diseri dengan kapasitor C870. Artinya untuk mengontrol agar tegangan keluaran stabil digunakan perubahan frekwensi osilator. Umpan balik dari photocoupler yang akan mengontrol frekwensi osilator lewat pin-4/5

• Tegangan input 300v dari elko masuk ke pin-1 dan ground disambung lewat pin-12
• Keluaran dari STRZ berupa tegangan pulsa-pulsa dari pin-14, dan masuk ke sirkit resonan kumparan primer (4)(5). Jadi yang masuk ke bagian kumparan primer disini bukan tegangan 300v seperti SMPS umumnya.
• Bagian output STRZ menggunakan power push-pull seperti gambar blok diatas. Paling atas dapat 300V pin-1, tengah merupakan Output pin-14 dan bawah ground pin-12
• Agar osilator STRZ mulai bekerja, maka Vcc pin-8 pertama kali akan mendapat tegangan “start” lewat R860/R861.
• Setelah STRZ bekerja, maka Vcc pin-8 ganti diambil alih dari tranfo switching >> D864 >> Regulator 18v Q872.
• Pin-1, merupakan Over Current detect. Jika pada kumparan resonan terjadi over current akan menyebabkan STRZ berhenti bekerja.

• Periksa dahulu semua tegangan output bagian sekunder power suply tidak ada yang short
• Cek tegangan 300v pada pin-1
• Cek tegangan start 18v pada Vcc pin-8. Jika tegangan start tidak ada atau drops, maka kemungkinan resistor start putus (molor) atau STRZ rusak (pin-8 short).
• Periksa nilai kapasitor resonan C870

ANSWER

I myself have never been a problem with ic news, but here I am trying to analyze it works based on the data STRZ2154 I have.

SMPS is wearing STRZ principle works using the "resonant system". Resonant circuit consisting of the primary coil (4) (5) which diseri with capacitor C870. This means that in order to control the output voltage stable clock oscillators used changes. Feedback from photocoupler that will control the frequency of the oscillator through pin-4/5

Input voltage of 300V elko into-1 and ground pin connected through pin-12
The output of STRZ voltage pulses in the form of pin-14, and into the primary coil resonant circuit (4) (5). So that goes to the primary coil voltage 300V here not like SMPS general.
STRZ output section uses push-pull power block as shown above. Most up to 300V pin-1, was an output pin-14 and under-12 ground pin
In order oscillator STRZ start working, then the Vcc pin-8 the first time will get a voltage "start" via R860/R861.
After STRZ work, then replace the Vcc pin-8 from the repossessed tranfo switching >> D864 >> Regulators 18V Q872.
Pin-1, Over Current is detect. If the resonant coil occurs over current will cause STRZ stop working.

If you do not want to work at all:
Verify that all parts of the output voltage secondary power supply nothing short
Check voltage of 300V at pin-1
Check start voltage of 18V on Vcc pin-8. If there is no voltage start or drops, then it is likely start breaking resistor (delayed) or STRZ damaged (pin-8 short).
Check the value of the resonant capacitor C870
Check with ESR meter-elko elko at pin-6, 7, 8
