please i want to know how to use INTERNAL EEPROM with counter and lcd

i have counter with lcd is working good now im looking to use internal eeprom for save my result of counter when the power switch off

its like ROM MEMORY

You can use built-in EEPROM library in mikroC PRO for PIC

To read from EEPROM
كود:
 unsigned char take; ... take = EEPROM_Read(address);
Ex: take =EEPROM_Read(0x08);
To write to EEPROM
كود:
EEPROM_Write(address, data);
Ex: EEPROM_Write(0x08,0x55);

but this option i used before but its not working with me
i think ineed to to setup first the regester of eeprom

You don't need to set up anything regarding EEPROM
